Founded by Dealer Synergy CEO Karen Bradley and President Sean V. Bradley, Help Because You Can is an initiative focused on supporting those in need.
By leveraging their network, resources, and platform, the goal is to create meaningful impact and provide real support to individuals and organizations who need it most. Whether it’s providing financial assistance, donating essential items, or simply showing up in moments that matter, every effort is centered around making a tangible difference.
Because at the end of the day, Sean and Karen both understand what it means to face real hardship and to need help along the way.
Our Story
Sean V. Bradley grew up facing instability, adversity, and time spent away in prison at a young age. During those difficult times, the support of family and friends played a critical role in helping him rebuild his life and eventually create a future that most people in that situation never get the chance to see.
Karen Bradley’s story is just as real. After her father was incarcerated, she experienced homelessness at a young age and later became a teen mother. With the help of organizations like the Salvation Army and the support of those around her, she was able to push through that period and build something better for herself and her family.
Those experiences stayed with them.
They understand what it means when someone shows up, offers support, or gives you an opportunity when you don’t have many options. And as their lives and careers progressed, and they found themselves in a position to give back, that perspective became the foundation for everything they wanted to build.
Help Because You Can exists because of that belief: that when you’re in a position to help someone else, you should.
Making a Real Impact
Giving back is part of who we are and how we operate as a team.
On one occasion, the Dealer Synergy team raised over $10,000 in cash and clothing to support the homeless community in Philadelphia. The team then purchased additional essentials and assembled nearly 100 care packages filled with tents, sleeping bags, coats, clothes, socks, and hygiene products.
Instead of stopping there, the team went into the streets of Philadelphia and personally distributed the care packages, ensuring the support reached people directly.
This is how we approach giving back. It is not just about donating, it is about being involved and taking action.
Beyond this effort, Dealer Synergy continues to support individuals, communities, and organizations wherever possible, with a focus on making a real and lasting impact.
PaulieStrong Foundation
About PaulieStrong
PaulieStrong is more than a name. It represents a way of living, a mindset, and a mission that continues to impact lives every day.
It was created in honor of Paulie, a young boy whose strength, spirit, and impact reached far beyond his years. His story is the reason this foundation exists. It is here to fight for children and families facing the realities of pediatric cancer.
Childhood cancer remains the leading cause of disease-related death among children in the United States. Each year, thousands of families are affected, yet only a small percentage of funding is dedicated specifically to pediatric cancer research. Many treatments are still adapted from adult trials, and progress has not moved fast enough.
The PaulieStrong Foundation was built to help change that.
Funds raised go directly toward pediatric oncology research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This supports the development of better treatments and creates real progress for children battling cancer.
This cause is deeply personal to our team. Through our involvement and support, we stand behind the mission of PaulieStrong in a meaningful and ongoing way.

Together, over $1,000,000 has been raised in Paulie’s honor to support pediatric cancer research. Every dollar contributes to advancing studies, improving treatments, and creating better outcomes for children and their families.
