About Kalina Bradley

Kalina Bradley is the Client Success & Opportunity Manager at Dealer Synergy, where she focuses on analyzing dealership performance, identifying missed opportunities, and helping clients improve execution and results.

Kalina began her automotive career in Sales at 19 years old, quickly advancing through multiple roles within the dealership, including Customer Retention Manager and Finance Manager. During that time, she developed a strong focus on leveraging data, equity mining, and customer lifecycle insights to uncover revenue opportunities that were often overlooked.

By combining data analysis with process development, Kalina created and implemented systems that improved dealership performance and are still in use today. Her ability to identify gaps, streamline processes, and drive consistency became a key strength.

In addition to operational improvements, Kalina also contributed to marketing and social media strategies designed to increase engagement, retention, and overall dealership performance.

At Dealer Synergy, Kalina works directly with clients to evaluate CRM activity, lead handling, and team performance. Her role is centered on identifying breakdowns in execution, providing clear insights, and helping dealerships implement structured processes that lead to measurable improvement.
