Karen’s life outside of business is centered around family and personal discipline.

She has been happily married for nearly 17 years and is the proud mother of four incredible children, each of whom she describes as amazing, driven, and successful in their own right. Family is at the center of everything she does, and much of her passion for time maximization comes from her desire to be fully present both at home and in business.

Karen is also a devoted animal lover and dog mom to three pugs, including a rescued albino pug who holds a very special place in her heart. She has a soft spot for animals like penguins and otters, and one of her lifelong dreams is to launch her own animal rescue organization, creating a safe haven for animals in need.

When she’s not leading teams or building businesses, Karen enjoys staying active and prioritizing her health. She is NASM certified in both personal training and nutrition coaching, and fitness is a major part of her daily routine and discipline. She is also a passionate and loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan, bringing that same intensity and energy she has in business to cheering on her team. She enjoys challenging herself with puzzles as well.
