Automotive Excellence
13+ years helping dealerships leverage digital strategies to increase sales
Karen grew up in the Bronx, New York. Her family moved around a lot during her childhood. She learned early that nothing stays the same and you have to adapt.
She became a mom as a teenager. Most people would have given up on their goals. Karen graduated in the top 10% of her high school class and went on to study Biology at Drexel University.
Her family hit rock bottom and the Salvation Army helped them get back on their feet. That experience never left her. She now donates substantial funds to the organization every year.
Before automotive, Karen found success as a model and recording artist. Her music hit over 60 million online views and got licensed for the Tia and Tamera Show.
She built a career in finance and learned how businesses actually make money. That foundation shaped how she approaches dealership operations today.
Karen went from the Bronx to running an award winning international training company. She has helped over 1,300 dealerships and tens of thousands of automotive professionals reach their potential.
Karen’s impact on the automotive industry has earned her numerous accolades and recognition:
Her company, Dealer Synergy, has also flourished under her leadership, winning multiple Dealers’ Choice Awards for Internet Sales Training and digital solutions.
Karen embodies the entrepreneurial spirit, owning and operating 11 companies across multiple industries:
Her business philosophy is captured in her own words: “I wake up each day with the burning desire to do more, be more and achieve more. My mind does not stop. I am always looking for ways to get better, be better and take over the world.”
Beyond her professional achievements, Karen’s most valued role is as a wife and mother. The first line of her personal mission statement reads “Family First,” a principle that guides her daily life. She is married to Sean V. Bradley, President of Dealer Synergy, and together they have four children ranging in age from 6 to 21.
Karen’s personal journey is a testament to resilience and determination. Born in the Bronx, NY, she moved several times during her childhood. As a teenager, she became a mother at 16 but continued her education, graduating in the top 10% of her high school class and attending Drexel University where she studied Biology with plans to become a doctor.
Health and fitness play a central role in Karen’s life. She is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist who is currently pursuing her nutritionist certification.
As the creator of Fit Body Moms, a Facebook fitness community, Karen is passionate about helping mothers balance their health goals with family responsibilities. Her upcoming fitness apparel line, M.O.M. (Mind Over Matter), reflects her belief in the power of mental strength in achieving physical wellness.
Karen believes strongly in supporting causes that help others overcome challenges. Having experienced homelessness as a child when her family received crucial assistance from the Salvation Army, she now donates substantial funds to this organization annually.
Her philanthropic efforts extend to numerous other charities and organizations across the country. Through the Dealer Synergy “Help Because You Can” initiative, Karen has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthy causes and regularly volunteers her time to support community programs.
Karen’s ability to manage multiple businesses while maintaining a focus on family exemplifies her mastery of work-life balance. By applying the principles she teaches through FranklinCovey, she has created a life that honors both her professional ambitions and personal priorities.
Her approach to life and business serves as an inspiration to the thousands of professionals she trains each year, demonstrating that with the right mindset and systems, it is possible to achieve excellence across all domains of life.
