Working directly with clients, Ve ensures CRM processes, communication templates, and workflows are properly configured and aligned with Dealer Synergy’s proven methodology.

Ve also leads Bradley On Demand onboarding, platform setup, and utilization tracking, helping dealerships stay engaged, accountable, and consistent with their training. From supporting day-to-day client needs to helping resolve operational challenges, Ve is focused on making sure the process doesn’t just get installed, but actually works inside the dealership.

In addition, V supports Dealer Synergy’s Spanish-language initiatives by translating scripts, templates, objection handling strategies, and Bradley On Demand Academy classes. This allows Spanish-speaking teams to fully engage with training, communicate effectively, and allows dealerships to connect with a broader customer base.
